Bean Characteristics & Extraction Profile

100% Specialty Arabica Blend

100% Specialty Arabica Blend

Our Signature 100% Arabica Blend is cultivated across high-altitude micro-climates (1,100–1,750 MASL) in Colombia and Brazil. By combining fully washed beans with sun-dried naturals, we eliminate bitterness while locking in low acidity and rich sweetness.

Roasted to a precise Vienna profile, it delivers a velvety mouthfeel with lingering notes of dark chocolate, roasted hazelnut, and spiced caramel.

Engineered for Heavy, Marbled Crema

Engineered for Heavy, Marbled Crema

Formulated specifically for 9-bar espresso extractions, this blend produces a dense, marbled hazelnut crema. The beans’ natural oil balance guarantees optimal degassing behavior, yielding a luxurious, syrupy viscosity and persistent foam cap.

For ideal balance, pull an 18.5g dry dose to a 38g liquid yield over 27–30 seconds at 93°C for a clean, sweet finish.

Precision Grind Tolerance & Clean Packing

Precision Grind Tolerance & Clean Packing

The uniform bean density provides wide grind tolerance, producing minimal micro-fines to prevent uneven channeling. Ground coffee fragments settle smoothly across both flat and conical burr grinders during preparation.

Dosed into an 18–20g precision basket, it forms a flat, resilient puck under a 15 kg level tamp, ensuring even saturation and a clean knock-out.
